Electronic Technicians: We will train the right candidates for most technical positions.

Application: Dry Cell Rechargeable Battery Assembly - Circuit Board Design - Battery Charger Trouble Shoot to Circuit Board Level and Repair.

Markets: Broadcast News, Cinema, Film and Video, DOD, DOT, Solar, Wind, Storage, Clean - Renewable Energies, Instrumentation, Survey, Utilities, Any market with volume of dry cell rechargeable battery packs.

These is an excellent opportunity for independent and detail oriented personalities that enjoy intricate work and personal satisfaction in a well done job as well as communicating and working with other people. These positions are hourly and can produce a very good income. We have a ZERO tolerance for defects. The ability to relate well and work with others, good grammar, honesty, hygiene, being well kept, and good work ethic are more important to us than a full college or technical degree!

Requirements: Requirements; Aspire in Education, Education, Education, Dress for Success, and a Positive Metal Attitude. Convicted Felons in any time period need not apply.
- Strong electronic \ electrical technical background
- Two year electronic associate degree - technical degree
- Vocation School is sub-par, you will need more.
- Detail Oriented, Responsible, and Dependable
- Demonstrate Strong Organizational Skills
- Assembly of battery packs, we will teach you our way.
- Operation of inverter welders for welding tabs onto battery cells (We will train you)
- Operation of sand blasters, powder coating, powder coating ovens, plastic welders (We will train you)
- Battery charger repair: Charger repair positions require a technical degree and experience trouble shooting circuit boards, many without a schematic. Must be able to quickly, correctly, and efficiently diagnose and replace:
  - Transistors
  - Oscillators
  - Diodes
  - Capacitors
  - Resistors
  - TVS components
  - Double Sided Boards
  - Switching Power Supplies
  - Chips, Strong knowledge of all types of logic chips
  - Search / source technical data via internet
  - Apply technical data to our applications
  - Find and repair cracked solder joints on circuit boards
  - Understand waves and signals
  - No schematics involved
  - Design new circuit boards and circuits
  - TV repair background helpful
- Ability to: (We will teach you OUR way)
  - Quickly and accurately receive and document batteries for rebuilding / orders for new battery packs
  - Quickly communicate client and product information upon receipt of product.
  - Maintain Outlook Database
  - Use Supplied Sales Order / Inventory Software
  - Weld battery cells together into an assembly of higher quality than OEM specification
  - Carefully Open ABS / Polystyrene Plastic Cases
  - Test Battery Inserts for compliance
  - Install Battery Inserts
  - Test Battery Pack for compliance
  - Charge-Balance-Discharge Battery Packs verifying proper compliance
  - Inspect Quality of Installation
  - Seal Battery Cases
  - Inspect Quality of Case Sealing
  - Verify proper operation of new or rebuilt battery packs for compliance
  - Pack and Ship Batteries to correct clients.
  - Troubleshoot battery chargers
  - Quickly repair battery chargers to better than OEM specification
  - Interest in design and implementation of
    - Next generation battery packs and battery charger technology
    - Fuel cell research
    - Solar power (portable)
- Work at our location in Dandridge / Newport Tennessee
- Income is hourly through Rathbone Energy
  - Charger repair has a piece work pay scale in addition to hourly pay.
- You are expected to and will call on and communicate with existing and new clients.
