   1. One form is a request to the state where you graduated from high school for a copy of your high school diploma. 

   2. The second form is to the state where you received your GED. 

   3. Only one certificate will come back but it will be an original of your high school diploma or your GED.

   1. Because your picture may be in a high school annual does not mean you graduated from high school.

   2. If you are someone who is willing to lie about your high school graduation what else will you lie about and how trustworthy are you with our equipment time?
